As the title indicates, you can look forward to a lot of wild symbol action in this game. The 3 middle reels are framed, and you will see a lock sitting on top of each of these reels. You need to land at least 1 key on reels 2, 3 and 4 at the same time to unlock all of the locks. This triggers the Rising Wilds Respins feature.

All the triggering keys are then transformed into wilds, and a multiplier will become visible where the locks used to be. The wilds will move one position upwards per respin, and whenever a wild disappears off the screen the relevant multiplier on top increases by +1. The multiplier on top is applied to any new wilds that land, and you can increase it up to a maximum of 10x.

You can win pretty big from this feature if you manage to get multipliers wilds to multiply with each other. Up to 1,000x your stake is possible if you get three 10x multipliers combined. You get indefinite respins here, and the feature only ends if you run out of multiplier wilds on the reels.

You need to land Neptune’s trident scatter on reels 1, 3 and 5 to trigger the bonus round. This gives you 5 free spins, and you will start with a full stack of multiplier walking wilds on reel 5. These are 3 individual wilds that each start off with a multiplier between 1x and 10x.

Each spin moves the wild stack one reel to the left, and landing adjacent multiplier wilds will absorb the respective multiplier value into the stacked wild on the same row.

It’s nothing too revolutionary to see here, but Neptune's Riches is certainly a well-balanced and entertaining title.

The base game grind is broken up on a regular basis by the Rising Wild Respins feature, and the bonus round is fairly easy to re-trigger at least once. The soundtrack, pace and underwater theme might induce a bit of drowsiness at times, but the excitement catches up to you whenever you get some wild multiplier action going.
